- There is no service charge for deliveries made within Mass General Hospital. Please select "Hospital Shipping" at checkout to ensure free shipping.

- There is a delivery charge of $5 for orders shipped outside the hospital.
- Our delivery hours are 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 7 Days a week.
- Orders received after 3:00 p.m. will be delivered the next day.

Processing of Orders:
- If a patient is in surgery and has not been assigned a room, we will deliver the gift at the earliest opportunity after a room assignment has been made.
- If a patient has been discharged before we processed the order, you will be notified either by email or phone.
- If we are unable to locate the patient you will be notified either by phone or email.
