About Us

The Massachusetts General Hospital General Store & Flower Shop is operated by the Ladies' Visiting Committee. The purpose of the Ladies' Visiting Committee is to enhance the MGH experience in any way that contributes to the comfort and well-being of patients, their families, and the Hospital community at large. All proceeds from the General Store and Flower Shop go directly into the Hospital to help fund various activities. Our Mission

We at the MGH General Store and Flower Shop take pride in our quality, selection, and service. Please call us at 617-726-2227 to get answers to any questions or to place an order. We can gift-wrap at no charge and ship directly to the customer or the gift recipient. We hand deliver items shipped within the hospital at no cost to you. Store hours are Mon-Fri 8:30am-7:30pm and Weekends 10:00am-6:00pm EST. The General Store is closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas any web orders received on those holidays will be processed next business day.
